Midnight local time on Thursday, November 19, 2026 in each PlayStation/Xbox store region, so late Wednesday night in the US. New Zealand gets it first (11:00 UTC on Nov 18) and Mexico/Central America last (06:00 UTC on Nov 19). In the US all zones unlock at midnight Eastern: 9 PM PT on Nov 18.
